There are plenty of music streaming apps on the app store, but the two with the largest library of songs are Apple Music and Spotify Premium. Both apps contain over 30 million songs but which one is better? From my personal experience, I found Apple Music to be a better, here's why:

The first thing I want to talk about are the radio stations. Apple Music only has a handful of radio stations but those stations actually have some radio shows and DJs. An example of this would be Drake's OVO Sound radio, which is on almost every week. Spotify, on the other hand, has radio stations based on specific artists and you can also make your own stations based on songs that you like. By comparing radio stations, Spotify has better options.

Second: Lately music artists have been signing exclusive deals with these streaming apps to release exclusive songs and albums. Apple Music has many of these artists such as Taylor Swift and Drake. Spotify has no exclusive deals that I know of, so Apple Music wins this one.
Lastly, let's compare the price. The starting cost for both apps is $10 for a single user. Spotify costs an additional $5 per user and Apple Music has a family plan for 5 people for $15, so for price Apple Music wins. Overall, Apple Music is a better streaming service due to its price, exclusive albums, songs, and radio shows and overall better experience.
Apple Music VS Spotify
"You don’t need a subscription to use Spotify. It's optional, and Apple is always changing its look, so I like Spotify better"

"I like Spotify more since it runs faster than Apple Music on Android." -Diego Gudino (12)
"I love Spotify; it’s the only thing I use. It's consistent. The music in playlists are actually relatable. I love it. Spotify is lit."
-Vianney Gonzalez (12)
Although most of Pioneer Valley’s student body experienced a typical sun-filled summer here in California, that wasn’t the case for senior Taryn Anaya. 10 days spent cruising from San Francisco to Alaska then to Canada, Anaya had a rather brisk summer vacation.

“Alaska was so much fun, even though it rained the entire time I was there. The glaciers were huge. Canada was my favorite, because it was really pretty and a lot warmer than Alaska."- Taryn Anaya (12)
