Frosh Baseball Hosts Paso Robles

What are You Doing After High School?

The societal expectation of deciding what it is that we want to do for the rest of our lives weighs heavily on us seniors at this point in time. As our “future” is on the brink of starting, now is a critical moment to decide what our next move is. In this country, there is a seemingly infinite amount of opportunity for everyone. Some are more fortunate than others, and have their own choice to make, while others not so much. Whether it is college, taking a year off, going straight to work, or even the military, I am asking Pioneer’s very own seniors what life after high school looks like for them.

What do you think you would do as a career as of this point in time?

Jordan Gonzales: I haven't really thought of a specific career to pursue. I constantly think of ideas but nothing has really stuck out to me. Considering my mediocre job in these past Four years of high school, I plan on attending Hancock. Before I transfer to a university, I hope that I find something that speaks to me at Hancock. My biggest goal is to do something that makes me happy but also it would be nice to be able to afford a Range Rover that I could cry in. I hope that whatever I do it will be so great that I forget this town and everyone in it. Catch y'all in the next life.
