Panthers Travel the World at Language Fair
PV's annual World Language Fair took place this past Saturday. This fair celebrates cultures from around the world, mostly revolving around Spanish and French. Some activities included tortilla making as well as language tasting where you can learn the basics to languages such as Portuguese, Mixteco Bajo, Japanese, as well as Tagalog. Cultures can be learned not only with the languages, but through food as well. Some food offered had many Mexican and Filipino influences, no matter it being tacos to pancit. Overall, the World Language Fair is the celebration of diversity and integration, allowing us to come together and appreciate the differences that make us human.
